REVERSE LOGISTICS & SECURE STORAGE
DND takes ever precaution to ensure 100% security during the transportation of assets. Our logistics team and all third-party partners are required to seal transport vehicles under serial lock, and apply GPS tracking. Once assets arrive at our facility, they are securely stored and only authorized access is allowed.
SECURE IP PROTECTION & DATA SANITIZATION
To ensure 100% security, all data is securely erased by degaussing, data wiping and physical destruction. Our data wiping software supports international data-erasure standards and runs on our own private network to prevent the possibility of being hacked from external networks or the Internet. A Certificate of Data Erasure is issued to verify the completion of data sanitization.
To further protect the Intellectual Property (IP) of all customers, any identifying asset tags, permanent ink or customers identifiers will be removed before further processing.
ONSITE & OFFSITE DATA SANITIZATION SERVICE
Some customers do not allow sensitive data to leave their premise. To address such needs, we offer both on-site and off-site Data Sanitization services. We are a partner for many government facilities, universities, data centers, financial and insurance companies, healthcare institutions and multinational corporations.
For on-site data sanitization, a technician from DND will visit the customer’s designated site to perform the data sanitization and will ensure that all data and information is 100% destroyed before the assets leave the site.
For off-site data sanitization, a DND logistics team and/or a third-party vendor will transport the asset from the customer site to our warehouse. During transportation, all assets are securely stored and monitored with serial locks and GPS tracking to ensure there is no unauthorized access to the assets before the data sanitization take place at our facility.
VALUE OPTIMIZATION
DND has established a global re-marketing sales relationship for B2B direct sales such as distributors, repair centers, traders and brokers. The residual value of EOL assets will be optimized via our global re-marketing network. Earnings obtained will be shared with our customers.
CERTIFIED DESTRUCTION & RECYCLING
Unsellable products or scrap will be sorted and destroyed securely and responsibly in an environmental-friendly manner at our warehouse. A Certificate of Destruction (COD) will then be issued to verify the completion of the scrap destruction.
MOBILE DATA WIPING
To guarantee that all traces of usage are properly removed, our software for the data erasure of mobile devices also includes proprietary algorithms for writing new data into the cleared memory of the device. The application also automatically instructs the device to restore to default factory settings. This is very beneficial to our customers due to its high compatibility, fast and efficent process and comprehensive post-erasure reporting. The software supports iOS and Andriod and is able to simultaneously erase up to 30 devices at a speed as high as 25MB/s. It would also record details of each devices such as the model, IMEI code, storage capacity and Wi-Fi/Bluetooth address.
