DND Trading & Services was started by our founder, Daniel Xie.

Incorporated in Singapore which is one of the most developed country within South-East Asia. DND began expanding during the 2010s when Apple was experiencing tremendous growth outside of the United States, our founder saw the opportunity to supply customers consumer electronics to countries where Apple had not gained a foothold to experience modern technology right at its very beginning.

Our founder career within the wireless industry spans over 9 years. With the re-commerce of one phone at the start in the garage sparking and empowering the long and arduous journey of entrepreneurship within the wireless industry to what it is today.

During the early 2010s, technology was growing exponentially, impacting lives in schools, bridging connectivity within families and connecting corporations. From new products such as mobile phones, to tablets, smartwatches and finally to used mobile devices, DND was able to successfully capitalise on market demand by understanding the trend within consumers and grow within the industry YoY. In this role, DND was able to quickly develop customer relationships and establish DND businesses around the major trading hubs in the world.

DND offers Reverse Supply Chain Management (RSCM) solutions to OEM and enterprise customers in the Technology, Electronics and Telecom (TET) sector. We grow with our customers together to expand, evolve and excel their worldwide supply chain, along with our shared rapid industry lifecycles, to optimise the entire value chain

We have in-depth product knowledge and technical expertise in a wide range of electronic product sector. Through our expertise in reverse logistics, at the core of everything DND does is a deep understanding of the best practices and services required to execute reverse logistics processes and carrier programs efficiently and effectively.

With our superior market insight and intelligence, the purchasing and sales team at DND have real-time insight into the pricing trends for devices being bought and sold all over the world. We help our partners understand the current and future value of their inventory, and offer them the best available prices to maximise value

Our mission is to simplify the wireless world. We look after every stage of a device’s lifecycle from the time it arrives in our distributors warehouse, to the supply of customers and finally the moment where it is time to trade-in and re-market it - putting us within the heart of the wireless ecosystem.

Through our Buy-Back and Trade-In program [BBTI], we are proud that we are part of the global efforts to reduce electronic waste in landfills through the chemical pollution from lithium-ion batteries and harmful toxics found within the liquid crystal display of electronic devices. Through this program, DND is able to offer people access to very affordable and high quality pre-owned devices further fulfilling our vision of a more connected world by allowing mobile technology to be made assessable to everyone.
