Seeking assistance regarding former staff member Ms Aw Kai Wen in relation to unresolved contractual obligations.
Ms Aw Kai Wen was previously employed by our company under a formal agreement. She was a student at the National University of Singapore (NUS), Class of 2025, pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Leadership & Human Capital Management and Marketing.
During her time with the company, Ms Aw applied for urgent leave to go on a personal holiday. As the leave was not approved due to operational constraints, she ceased reporting to work without serving her notice period, which is considered a breach of contract.
Multiple attempts were made to contact Ms Aw to resolve the matter amicably, but she has not responded and has not fulfilled the agreed financial obligations.
